MUSH Games

My most recent writing obsession is playing text-based roleplaying games, specifically MUSH (Multi-User Shared Hallucination) games. You create a character and interact with other characters by typing what they do and say. The games usually require a client program or app, similar to IRC or Discord, and you can interact both In Character or Out of Character. In a way, it's similar to Tabletop RPGs, only you interact through text instead of in person or through voice chat!

On Dragon Wings

A MUSH based on the Dragonriders of Pern, taking place in an alternate timeline from the books' main canon (Ninth Pass Pern).

Wilds of Pern

Another MUSH based on the Dragonriders of Pern, taking place hundreds of years before the books take place, in a previously-unexplored region of Pern.

Keys

A MUSH with an original story, taking place in an alternate modern-day Chincoteague, VA, USA. Characters are blessed (or cursed?) with supernatural powers to fight an evil spanning multiple universes!
